These terms explain how CTS handles digital products, server-related perks and custom services sold through shopcts.xyz or arranged through CTS support.
Products & services
CTS sells digital products, access, server-related perks, custom bots, websites and related setup services. Product descriptions and included perks are shown on the relevant product page or confirmed in a support ticket for custom work.
Pricing & orders
Fixed-price products are purchased through Stripe Checkout. Custom work is quoted first, then paid through Stripe after the scope is agreed. An order may be held if required information is missing or if the requested scope differs from what was purchased.
Custom work
Custom bots, websites and one-off setups are based on the scope agreed in the CTS ticket. Requests outside that agreed scope may require an updated quote before additional work begins.
Delivery
Delivery times vary by product and workload. Some orders can be fulfilled quickly while custom services take longer. Keep your order ID and use CTS support if setup, access or delivery requires assistance.
Responsible use
Customers are responsible for using purchased products and services in accordance with the rules of the relevant game server, platform, community and third-party service.
Support
Primary support is provided through discord.gg/cts. Include your order ID and a clear description of the issue when opening a ticket.
